Installs fine with MS .NET Framework 3.5 in 32-bit WINEPREFIX (winetricks -q dotnet35). The initial bug report is about "You must be a local administrator to run this application" Resolving dupe. If bug 33006 works for newer Mono 4.x it should be resolved fixed (install with native .NET went without hitch).
