I'm not even sure how to open the Program Files (x86) directory from the terminal so I can run the program from there and see the terminal output. That might explain the install location. And what I did was just copy the whole program to the other directory and it ran fine after that. However, I also did a fresh Battle of Endor install into a Sabayon PC, and the game worked there too.
