I have a Quadro FX 1800 with 768MB, that Starcraft says is a Geforce 8300 GS with 128MB. The console errors say that the adapter is out of memory. Attached are the wine error trace and Blizzard error trace. The old card had 512 MB video memory, the new one has 1GB. When I looked into the registry entry it still contained 512MB. So I changed the value to 1024 and now it workes. Before this change I was not able to switch the graphics settings, as every time I attempted to confirm the changes the game crashed with the out of memeory error.
