Yes, Vlad, reinstalling L2 with a fresh .wine directory is very useful for
testing.  Look at what Petr said in comment 6.

Developers will always recommend you using latest Wine version.  So please
uninstall Wine, update your Wine tree, recompile and reinstall Wine for first. 
Then your game with a fresh .wine dir.  If the bug is present, try searching it
on Bugzilla [2].  If none is found, enter a new bug report.  Thanks.
