It installed successfully but it does not detect any phones. Wine version? Terminal output? Does the application depend on any custom drivers installed?
I am using Wine 1.2.2. Check kernel messages (dmesg), verify the creation of '/dev/ttyACMx' serial devices (udev rules) and the like. Wine can't make it magically work if underlying Linux fails to recognize the device.
