[Bug 5828] Command and Conquer Generals (Zero Hour) doesn' t change the mouse cursor from the default X mouse

The patch works just fine with Wine 0.9.47.  There is a how-to if you click on
'Apps affected by this bug' and choose C&C Tiberum Wars.
