Works fine for me here with wine-0.9.4,
but the original problem case,
http://www.jsware.net/jsware/packs/webed5.exe
still doesn't work; it fails with

err:module:import_dll Library MSVBVM60.DLL (which is needed by
L"C:\\windows\\w51sup.exe") not found
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for
L"C:\\windows\\w51sup.exe" failed, status c0000135

So perhaps there's a problem in webed5.exe's installer
that isn't present in the test case?
Joe, did you test your little demo installer on Linux with Wine?
If so, what version?
