This is the second regression (first one is bug 23204) I found while trying to
reproduce bug 17510:
The open file dialog opens now behind the main window instead on top of it.

Reverting this patch on top of wine-1.2-rc3-57-gb3f0425 makes the issue go
away.

This is probably just a duplicate of bug 23015 but I'm using Gnome (2.30) with
metacity (2.30.0).

Alexandre couldn't reproduce the problem in metacity but he is using "click to
focus" and not "focus follows mouse" like I do.

So I tested it with "click to focus" and the open file dialog opens now
correctly in front of the main window.

Then this big is invalid. Windows doesn't have "focus follows mouse" policy. It
will break lots of programs there.
