Tried extracting IE3 but Wine insists on using internal iexplore no matter what I do. WINEDLLOVERRIDES=iexplore=n wine /tmp/iexplore.exe This is blocked unless someone can get IE3 installed? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

To test this bug now, you can install like so: 1. Change winver to Windows 95. 2. Add an application-specific override for infinst2.exe - shell32 = native only. 3. Run the installer, and let it reboot at the end. I answered no to all other prompts. This won't give you a working browser, but it's sufficient to use IE3's inetcpl.cpl. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. I've replaced it with the shorter and less obfuscated archive.org mirror link used for all other IE 3.02 bugs. https://web.archive.org/web/20150727185518/http://www.mirrorservice.org/site... vs. https://web.archive.org/web/20210807112401/http://software.oldversion.com/do... Hope you don't mind. Regards -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
