Ok, I found the patch [1] that broke Photoshop 7.0 working:
- Jon Griffiths <jon_p_griffiths_at_yahoo.com>
	Add stubs for the Activation Context API (XP+).

I reported this problem into the wine-devel mailing-list [2].

I hope someone could solve it ASAP.
