Ok. I not understand about debug. Please give me more info, sorry :(
I recompiled wine with -g3. Is it what you want?

I will try attach for you:
 "configure --verbose"
 wine "......./cityinfo.exe" output
 winedbg "......./cityinfo.exe" output
