Running the installer
 wine kts114.exe
fails with

trace:process:CreateProcessW app (null) cmdline
L"\"c:\\windows\\system32\\cmd.exe\" /C \"\"C:\\Program Files\\KTS\\fixscut.bat\"\""

and a dialog box saying
"Unable to execute file:
C:\Program Files\KTS\fixscut.bat
CreateProcess failed; code 2.
File not found."

Time to rename wcmd to cmd already.
