This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which Chromium cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to intercept your communications. You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site. This might be a configuration issue, i.e. your distro might not provide the correct set of root certificates.

The problem is a missing certificate: trace:chain:CRYPT_BuildSimpleChain Couldn't find issuer, halting chain creation trace:chain:CRYPT_CheckSimpleChain checking chain with 1 elements for time (null) trace:chain:dump_element 0x1fd4d8: version 2 trace:chain:dump_element issued by L"Thawte SGC CA" This might in fact be a duplicate of bug 27168. This might in fact be a duplicate of bug 27168. You could try one of the patches attached to it and see if it works for you.
