[Bug 14923] New: Activex Component can't create object.

I am trying to run a VB6 program (with reference to "Microsoft Excel 11.0
Object Library") which opens an Excel file & then reads some data from it.
However, the program stops with a message "Activex Component can't create
object."
I am using Wine 1.0 on Linux (Ubuntu).
