[Bug 5949] New: Some programs can't find their files

Some program was unable to locate their files if console is not set to their
home dir.
For example Sea Dogs

cro(a)cro-desktop:~$ wine /media/cdrom/setup.exe  
^Will cause .dat file not found error in application.


cro(a)cro-desktop:~$ cd /media/cdrom/
cro(a)cro-desktop:/media/cdrom$ wine setup.exe
^Will do the trick.

The bug is also appear when duble click on executable and shortcuts. 
The same is with SA Dictionary ,NFS 5 autorun.

I'm not shure wine-loader is causind this.The same is with my English.
Feel free to correct my post.
