[Bug 1350] [AllocConsole, CONIN$/CONOUT$]Take command /32 ver 3.01A displays inverted "?" characters instead of text in command window, diverts I/O to console instead.

Can't find 3.01 anywhere, but 2.02 from
http://www.4dos.info/jp-stuff/compuserve/tc32202.zip installs and runs fine.

6.01 install still fails on CVS, but using native comctl32 to get past bug
#3241, we get:
