New version queue with "Only show versions without maintainers" checked

The AppDB admin new version queue has a checkbox to show only apps without
maintainers. When it is checked, the dates and names of the submitters are
different than what is displayed in the unfiltered list. The dates in the
filtered list are obviously wrong (often years old), so I'd say the unfiltered
list is correct.

Yes, in the case of unmaintained apps it was fetching both application and
version data, and thus displayed the applications creation date instaed.

This is now fixed, thanks for the report!
