[Bug 35521] New: Incompatibility with the X.Org server 1.15.0
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35521 Bug ID: 35521 Summary: Incompatibility with the X.Org server 1.15.0 Product: Wine Version: 1.7.11 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: sworddragon2(a)aol.com Classification: Unclassified After upgrading the X.Org server from version 1.14.5 to version 1.15.0 I'm noticing that minimizing games (Inocify from Openbox) does technically but not visually minimize the game. This means after minimizing the game I'm still seeing it running on the desktop but the mouse cursor changes to the desktop one and also I'm able to recover the game if I'm clicking at the correct position on the panel (which is still overlayed by the game). This happens even on the current git of Wine with a clean profile. Also it happens on all games that I have tested (Diablo 3, Guild Wars 1, Guild Wars 2, Warcraft 3). The rest of my environment: Operating system: Linux 3.13.1 Graphics card: GeForce GTX 650 Graphics driver: NVIDIA 331.38 Window manager: Openbox 3.5.2 -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. After upgrading the X.Org server
This could be some garbage left over during the upgrade process. Have you tried on a fresh installation (a VM or live CD)? -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
