WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid on Wine 1.3.21

Steps to reproduce:
1) winetricks dotnet20 vcrun2003 tahoma
2) install AutoCAD 2008 with patch
3) wine acad.exe

Behaviour:
Nothing happens.

Expected Behaviour:
AutoCAD should start.

Workaround:
WINEDEBUG=+relay wine acad.exe

Terminal output:
