My code not wine code will have locale charset strings.
So I need such compile option '-finput-charset=euckr'.

And, other wine headers have 'Copyright (C) 1999 Francois Gouget' not 'Copyright
(C) 1999 François Gouget'.

Only mapi.h, objbase.h and storage.h have.

Please grep it:
grep Gouget include/*.h
