For example, when I write ")" in some windows application each next letter will CAPS LOCKED. I dont touch Ctrl, but when I try to print some letters (V,C,W etc) wine can paste something from buffer or copy or close windows. I caled it "hot keys reaction" I had this bag with qip 8004 and LDK PCADMIN I found it under wine 0.9.56 too. Older wine versions worked fine.
