winhttp tests a secure connection to google.com, but fails because the VM time
out of the certificates time range:

The commits below should fix this.

Note that they assume testagentd is being run with high enough privileges which
is the case for the current set of WineTestBot VMs. So later on we may run into
this kind of problem again.

time.

    The connection may have failed in which case we don't have this
information.
