A fix is to go into the subdirectory with the latest version number of Battle.net (Battle.net.13960 in my case), go to the platform directory and run $ setfattr -x user.DOSATTRIB qwindows.dll The bug exists for me since beginning of January. It turned out that all files in the launcher directory (in my cas C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\Battle.net.13960) had the "hidden" flag set. Clearing them from a wine cmd shell via ATTRIB helped, afterwards it started again. I guess "setfattr -x user.DOSATTRIB file..." would also do it.
