I would not bet all my money on this, but I think the crash is inside your gpu driver. Yes, it appears to crash inside the driver while linking the GLSL program. Is this a regression? Does it work with Nouveau?

I tried Max Payne 1 & 2 and GTA:San Andreas, but couldn't reproduce the problem on the following setup:
