When starting VOCALOID6, a message box with the text "An unexpected error has
occurred. VOCALOID6 Editor will close." appears. This is related to a line that
appears in the Wine debug output:

wine: Call from 00006FFFFF3AD887 to unimplemented function
wminet_utils.dll.Get, aborting

After implementing the missing Get function, there is a further function that
is needed:

wine: Call from 00006FFFFF3AD887 to unimplemented function
wminet_utils.dll.CreateInstanceEnumWmi, aborting

Implementing the CreateInstanceEnumWmi function allows VOCALOID6 to start up.
