Hi, all.

Serial Port related problem is hard to debug since it requires extra hardware
that wine developers may not have.
I just find a much simpler way of testing Serial Port stuff; connecting the RXD
and TXD pins together to build a loopback Serial Port.

For the software part, I'd recommend open source Tera Term instead of
proprietary Hyper Terminal.

I've successfully seen character echoing back on Tera Term, Windows 7 with
loopback USB Serial Port.
