OK, this should work if you upgrade you Wine version. It's actually:

ULONGLONG ullValue = 10000000000;
sprintf(buffer,"%03I64d\n",ullValue);

It works correctly in Wine 0.9.23.  Please upgrade before reporting bugs in future.
