Probably you should know before spending more time on this that Wine can't work on 64-bit MacOS X due to technical incompatibilities.
Wine works on OSX 10.9.5 which is always 64bit. As you see recent Clang has support for this function and I reported a bug in wine sources that uses va_list instead of _builtin_ms_va_list.
