Reproduction steps: 1) Install LEGO Rock Raiders (must use an NT 4.0 wineprefix to make the DRM work, and do not accept to install DirectX 6). 2) Launch it. 3) Observe that it crashes before the DDI splash screen. On the previous commit (8b2f58634378a2d74a5d68d689c95dd8925d84ba "shell32/tests: Simplify existing tests and add more tests for Progman DDE."), the DDI splash screen and the animated loading screen are both displayed, whereas on more recent commits, the game crashes before the DDI splash screen. This is not a duplicate of bug 39346 or bug 44134; this crash happens earlier, and happens even with the d3drm winetrick that works around those bugs.
