[Bug 9876] New: Hebrew text input: "Swedish Vowels"

See attached screenshot. The reverse Hebrew was typed in a ListPro file in Windows. The Swedish Vowels were typed in wine. Note that in a previous wine install, 0.9.45, the pretyped Hebrew did _not_ appear backwards. Items: Typing Hebrew shows the first character for each character pressed while in edit mode, however, after hitting Enter the characters are displayed correctly. Again, the Hebrew is left-aligned. For instance, typing ְשלום looks like this: ש שש ששש שששש שששש<enter> שלום Notes: Typing Hebrew gives "Swedish Vowels". When running: LC_ALL=he_IL.utf8 LANG=he_IL.utf8 notepad I get the first Hebrew character typed in the line repeated on screen when typing subsequent, different characters. This is not rectified for me by typing <Enter>.
