Hi,
I'm using Medibang Paint Pro through WINE and receiving the same problem. Pressure sensitivity works in native linux applications, and in WINE applications such as Paint Tool Sai (when using a patched 1.5.5 version of WINE)
Turcom TS-6580 drawing tablet Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa Medibang Paint Pro WINE 1.10 / 1.9.7 / 1.5.5-SAI

https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40199 --- Comment #3 from S M <compulsorylocales(a)gmail.com> --- I can also confirm the same problem in the latest setup: - Wine-staging 1.9.17 x64 - Manjaro XFCE - Wacom Intuos Comic Tablet CTH-490/B1 Installed only the xf86-input-wacom package. Pressure does not work for programs that are run under wine. Tested and confirmed under the below software: - FireAlpaca - Medibang Paint Pro - Opencanvas As mentioned, Krita, which does not use wine, runs fine. This is kind of a breaking thing for people who have migrated from Windows to Linux, and are looking to migrate their drawing workflows using wine. Please take a look. This bug needs logs to start working. The default wine output is just fine when you are trying to use the program. If some special channel needs to be used they will tell you. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40199 --- Comment #7 from Psicopompo <takojagi(a)gmail.com> --- Two months ago the pressure sensitivity started to working after updating Wine (I do not know what version). Then I spent some time without using my Tablet PC, and when I turned it on again and I updated it, the pressure sensitivity stopped working again. It is likely to work in version 4.5 or 4.6. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40199 --- Comment #11 from Sasha Kammakitz-jen <sashakitz-jen(a)protonmail.com> --- Hello, I'd like to explain a recent observation about pen pressure when trying out both Medibang & FireAlpaca through WINE on Linux Mint. I do believe pen pressure is being read in some way. When doing a pen stroke with my stylus and graphics tablet, the very end of the stroke has anti-aliasing, while doing a stroke with the mouse or deliberately halting motion with the stylus before taking it off the tablet does not have this anti-aliasing. I see no explanation for this other than the lowering pen pressure at the end of the stroke is being read. What is weird is that it is only at the end. Flicking into the stroke does not make it fade into the start, nor still does changing pen pressure affect the size and opacity of the stroke throughout. Only at the very end of a flicking-motion-stroke does this happen when using the stylus. I hope this may lead to solving the issue so that pen pressure can work the way it is suppose to with these windows art programmes through WINE. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Can vouch that the tablet pressure still is undetected in Medibang. Apparently, since it is built around Qt, dunno if it can be worked around with. Since it is also built around the same as Medibang, FireAlpaca is also affected too. AFAIK, Medibang is kinda based on OpenCanvas with some tweaks. But I can't say for sure. And apparently according to #40199 it has apparently worked in the past. I don't have a copy of OpenCanvas to check this one out though. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
