When starting EA Desktop from the command line a black window opens and a backtrace is thrown. winetricks corefonts afterwards solves the issue and I can log in just fine.
This is a workaround → not fixed. The 'int $3' crash is in a web helper sub-process → Duplicate of bug 32342.
