I can confirm the issue.
I tried winetricks mspatcha as mentioned in the appdb entry, but it only got rid of the mspatcha fixme, installer still didn't succeed.

I used wine-3.13 with two patches applied: https://source.winehq.org/patches/data/149051 https://source.winehq.org/patches/data/149040 and installed winetricks -q mspatcha.
