[Bug 3370] WM_SETICON does not change the window icon

Sorry, but I am away from all Wine-related things, even more, from all
Linux-related things now, I haven't any of the environments necessary for
testing available to me. By the way, I submitted this simple patch (attached
here) at the time to the wine-patches and wine-devel mailing lists, and it was
one of the many ones ignored without any response. I haven't any motivation
left to continue the near-hopeless fight.

The corrections are quite simple, and the corresponding place in
winex11.drv/window.c has not changed very much. Please, anyone interested in
this problem being solved and with the wine development environment available,
examine the attached old patch, make the corresponding changes in the window.c
file, test whether it works, and submit a new patch hoping that you will have
more luck (which I wish you).
