Tested with Metacity, Kwin, and Openbox - none of them can decorate it. Wine's terminal output is attached, but this terminal output from Metacity might also be worth mentioning: Window manager warning: Window 0x4000009 (Sonic 3 & ) sets an MWM hint indicating it isn't resizable, but sets min size 1 x 1 and max size 2147483647 x 2147483647; this doesn't make much sense. If virtual desktop mode is enabled, or "Allow the window manager to decorate the windows" is disabled, Wine's own Windows-like decorations are present.
