I tried opening the Puritan Hard Drive Demo to see if it would work on my GNU/Linux Ubuntu 12.04.2. Wine did the extraction just fine, but apparently it has trouble when opening a program. Can be worked around with 'winetricks -q gdiplus'. I installed wine 1.7.18 (I guess it doesn't matter which version of wine 1.7 it is), ran "winetricks -q gdiplus" in the terminal, and opened the program.
