Well.. I 'm using Ubuntu 10.04 and Wine 1.2. My text editor is E-texteditor installed on wine. Recently i update wine to wine 1.2rc6 and e become useless. Because spent too much cpu... Just move cursor or do any simple process and its useless! Than I realise Wine get updated. So I downloded r6 than problem pop up.. There is no problem with Original APT 's Wine 1.2. They call wine1.2 all the Wine versions even before Wine 1.2 went official. In the first minute or so of testing the CPU usage reached 40% on peaks, but after that peaked on 2%.
