Manually copying files from one app to another is not a recommended way to get something working. You don't know what else you broke. Could you try with a clean wine prefix? 3DMark should also run without installation (just for testing purposes) to see if you have the same problem in the new prefix? I recommend to install it in a new prefix and run it. The installation reported that it installed successfully, but there were actually GLX issues that were not caught.
