I can't test 100.14.23 because it's not compatible with my kernel anymore (but maybe I can test it on another PC). The application does not expect that. Therefore, the problem is that D3DXMatrixStack is not implemented. That is the same problem that in the bug 12454. Hence, it is a duplicate :D . I tried the game with a native d3dx8 and it fixed the crash. To bypass an another crash, you will need installing a native d3dx9_36.dll too. Then, you can begin to play, although there are tons of graphical glitches.
