[Bug 4344] selecting "Individual" tab in PAF 5 crashes PAF and WINE

Updated wine this morning to 0.9.8

Selecting Individual tab or Edit Individual still crashes PAF with the same
debug message as before.

I have updated 4343 and will add another bug
