I've having the same issue on both versions. The application will hang every 2 to 4 seconds and become unresponsive. By hang I mean that the program will be unresponsive intermittently, like so: *Start application* will work for about 2 seconds, then hang for 2 or 4 seconds, then work for 2 to 4 seconds, then hang for 2 or 4 seconds, ...(pattern repeats) I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 64bit Core I7 AMD HD 5870 GCCv 4.7.3 I started that application by double clicking the desktop icon. I can't reproduce it here. To test I created an offline budget and added random values to several columns.
