Updateing download page.
The application doesn't even install now because of richedit problem:
 wine PTE12A_SETUP.EXE
 fixme:richedit:RichEditANSIWndProc EM_EXLIMITTEXT: stub

Maybe the other bugs described here are fixed now who knows.
