[Bug 625] lotus organizer can't load dlls from custom folder
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=625 Ken Sharp <kennybobs(a)o2.co.uk> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|CLOSED |REOPENED URL|http://appdb.winehq.org/app | |view.php?appId=944 | CC| |kennybobs(a)o2.co.uk Resolution|FIXED | Severity|critical |major --- Comment #3 from Ken Sharp <kennybobs(a)o2.co.uk> 2009-08-09 12:22:37 --- I don't think this is critical, so reducing to major. I also don't know why this is closed fixed. This is still an issue in latest git (Wine 1.1.27). Lotus Approach 97 can not find its own DLLs which it drops in c:\lotus\compnent The OU's S103 can not find Toolbook 5 which it drops into c:\s103\tb50run This basically affects any app that looks for a component not specified by the PATH variable. Under Windows, this isn't a problem. Either the PATH isn't being appended during installation, or something isn't being passed by the loader for it to look in the correct place. Adding the paths to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment\PATH is a workaround. Will check on a Windows installation and update asap. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
