[Bug 13531] dxi plugins don't run in wine

Unfortunaly there's nothing in the terminal. 

In reaper, the plugin doesn't show up, but in apps like brainspawn's forte, you
see "acm wrapper" for all the dx plugins it detects. you can't load them
though.

I have tried xlutop's dxi to vst wrapper, but doesn't work in wine either.
