Wine cannot find seamonkey even when installed as normal Ubuntu package.
Reports at first boot:

Could not load Mozilla. HTML rendering will be disabled.
wine: configuration in '/home/jhh/.wine' has been updated.

It's not looking for a ubuntu installed packaged. You need wine-gecko. Try
using:
$ wine iexplore.exe http://www.winehq.org/

and it'll install it. It's not needed, except for HTML rendering. You can
safely ignore it, as it'll be installed on first use.
