The tooltip is not disappearing as it should after mouse hover is gone or when 
we add a new download to rapget.

please get rapget (rapidshare downloader)

How to Reproduce:

1. install ie6 (could use ies4linux and ln -sf .ies4linux/ie6 ~/.wine)
2. mkdir rapget
3. unrar e rapget110.rar (inside rapget folder)
4. cd rapget
5. wine rapget.exe (ignore the update new version)

6. add any rapidshare link for example:

copy the above and click on the toolbutton "paste from clipboard" in 
rapget.exe window.

7. You can see that a *yellow*tooltip* comes with the above added links, and 
they never go away.

Expected Behavior:

in windows, the tooltips go away after a few seconds. thanks.
