[Bug 17635] New: Text rendering problem

Sentences appear to be rendered multiple times layered over each other. I'm not sure what I can add to this other than the attached screenshot as I am getting no errors reported and I have all the fonts installed that are usually suggested. This is also occurring in applications, I will attach a second screenshot of this.
