I cannot assign bugs but I am taking the liberty of CC'ing him. Hi Alexandre, In January 2008, Steven Edwards wondered[1] if you would let Wine import "msconfig" (the System Configuration Utility) from ROS. Would you allow it? ^ [1]. http://news.gmane.org/find-root.php?message_id=%3c19e31a080801122302u52d5135... -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

Un-CCing julliard(a)winehq.org since Bugzilla showed me that he has disabled Bugzilla CC mail reception in his user prefs.
I thought that when you added someone to the bug, that "someone" was always notified. No wonder there's hardly any response to several regression reports where the authors are cc'ed. So why do we bother to ask users to carry out the regression tests then... -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

Correct. When I clicked "Commit", bugzilla told me: Bug 14925 has been added to the database. Email sent to: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org, bugbot(a)landfill.bugzilla.org Excluding: jason.spiro(a)..., julliard(a)winehq.org That is how I realized Alexandre has Bugzilla CC's disabled. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

Think of this as a feature request: I am requesting the Wine team to please add msconfig.exe to Wine. :-) The easiest way for the Wine team to do this is to import it from ReactOS. But first Alexandre must approve; so the bug is first assigned to him. If he approves, he says so and assigns the bug back to nobody. Then, hopefully somebody sees the open bug and imports msconfig into Wine. Considering that, could you please reopen the bug? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
