Its builtin crash handler says the following: Illegal operation: Code: E06D7363h, flags: 00000001h, address: 7B83BB12h Additional parameters: 19930520h 0032E798h 005480C4h Message: Gdiplus error (2) ...and in fact using native gdiplus the dialog comes up (but the links don't do anything). With builtin gdiplus nothing much comes up on console. A +gdiplus trace is attached, I can try other things if it would help.
