Command options: -name - Instance name. -url - URL Template. Example: http://+:8117/ -user - User account name to run the Web Service. Default: .\HvmService -password - User account password. -auth - Authentication Scheme: WEBFORM (default); NTLM -admin - Administrator user name: Domain\User. Valid for -auth NTLM. -dbpath - Database file path. We could try view-instances to see if anything is running. Though, I doubt it.
